At Queensland Gaskets we have several press cutting machines to suit different materials, gasket size and order volumes. For example, our ATOM die cutting press is ideal for creating Standard Table and ANSI Gaskets for industrial applications.

Using our industrial press cutting machines we are able to cut most rubber, foam, plastic and plastic shim materials. We can also create custom tool designs to suit all purposes.
The tolerance on press cut parts is +/- 0.25mm and our stamps are up to 750mm2

What is a Press Cutting Machine and why use one?
A press cutter, sometimes known as a die cutter is a machine that cuts material into specific shapes, commonly gaskets, by applying pressure to the material that is sitting on top of the shape template. The material is then cut into the shape of the template or die.
Press cutting can be applied to many types of material such as leather, foam, rubber, sheet metal, cardboard, wood and plastic. A wide variety of products can be produced using press cutting technology such as gaskets, shims, toys, car accessories, fashion accessories and almost anything requiring sharp and precise edges.
