We supply spiral wound gaskets which are semi-metallic gaskets of great strength and resilience. Spiral wound gaskets are manufactured by spirally winding V-shaped metal strips and non-metallic filler which have great sealing characteristics. Inner rings and outer rings may also be added to reinforce the gasket if required.
Suitability
If downtime is costing you money we are immediately contactable and can turnaround urgent orders, fast. Depending on your requirements our lead time for standard orders is 3-5 working days. For bespoke or large volume orders we aim for a 7-10 working day turnaround.
We can cut from a wide range of materials and thicknesses to all shapes and sizes. From our versatile selection of cutting options, we can meet your requirements from fine tolerance jobs to large production runs.
We can convert your sample parts into a CAD format ready for manufacturing in either a 2D profile or 3D part. Your designer can email us the CAD file direct or we can design the gasket from scratch.
Partnering with Queensland Gaskets will allow access to our Global Supply Chain established over our six-decade-long history, who work with specialised raw materials which are converted in-house to your design.
We can provide you with sample parts before you commit to a production run utilising 3D printing and CNC cutting methods.
