75 Duro | Oil resistant | Cork & Nitrile Rubber Composite
ATW1 Rubberised Cork Sheet is a premium grade, oil resistant, 75 Duro cork sheet, made with a premium quality cork bound together with a Nitrile and synthetic rubber blend. This combination makes ATW1 Rubberised Cork both compressible and resilient and suitable for automotive, transformer and electrical equipment sealing applications.
65 Duro | Oil resistant | Cork & Nitrile Rubber Composite
MOW1 Rubberised Cork Sheet is a 65 Duro cork sheet, made with a premium quality cork bound together with a Nitrile and synthetic rubber blend. This combination makes MOW1 Rubberised Cork both compressible and resilient and suitable for general sealing applications.
Premium quality, medium hardness cork-elastomer jointing, based on nitrile rubber, that meets ABB specification for transformers and switchgear. Previously designated Nebar® N80. Recommended maximum system pressure is 0.5Mpa/5bar. May be used for higher pressures in consultation with the support team.
Economical, high quality cork-elastomer jointing based on a polychloroprene/nitrile/SBR blend. Previously designated Nebar® N7E.
Vibration Control
VC6400 is an Engineered compound with Cork and Synthetic rubber. This product is suitable for external vibration control applications, specifically formulated to perform in longevity in the application environment when subject to the application conditions such as the presence of Ozone.
High Compressibility
A plain sheet material manufactured from fine/medium grained cork. RC1 Cork Sheet conforms to ASTM f104 F212000.
Cork & Rubber Composite
A high cork content, medium compressible material bonded by polychloroprene elastomer. NP50 PLUS conforms to ASTM F104 F229000.
Cork & Rubber Composite
TD1120 sealing material is compounded with a special Nitrile (NBR) rubber. This product is suitable for most transformer oils and high distortion flanges at application temperatures.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Carl began his career working for BP as an Industrial Chemist before progressing through the company to become a supply chain specialist. For over 14 years, he operated extensively in the global business, focusing on supply chain management and integration.
His devotion to becoming a world-class leader started during his service in the Army Reserve, where he developed a particular interest in Australia’s Defence capability.
After serving on the Management Committee, Carl was elected President of the Australian Industry Defence Network (AIDN), Queensland in 2016 and in 2022, was appointed Chair of the AIDN National Board. Carl has an unwavering commitment to supporting and cultivating a strong defence industry in Australia.
With strong leadership skills and global corporate experience, Carl took up the Queensland Gasket reins in 2012. Since then, the company has continued to work closely across industries utilising his supply chain network, as well as adapting to meet the changing needs of consumers, technologies, and business opportunities.
