Our range of rubber materials varies in terms of the type of finish, thickness, hardness, colour and temperature tolerances.
A multi-purpose commercial grade synthetic rubber, with very good ozone weathering properties. This rubber has a high rating in regard to acid and general chemical resistance. It best suits seals, gaskets, wipers, packers and other applications exposed to external conditions and requiring higher temperature resistance combined with flexibility.
70 Duro | Ozone Resistant | Ageing Resistant | Temperature Resistant | UV Resistant | EPDM Rubber
Gaskets or washers manufacturing for general purpose applications in contact with water, oxidizing and non oxidizing diluted acids. Excellent material for use in outdoor applications or where Ozone is generated.
60 Duro | Moderate Fuel & Oil Resistant | Neoprene Rubber
Neoprene Commercial Rubber is a black, superior grade 60 Duro blended Neoprene and synthetic rubber sheet. It has good mechanical strength and is flexible and resilient with moderate temperature and flame resistance. It has some petroleum-based fuel and oil resistance including petrol, oil and LPG. Neoprene Commercial Rubber is UV stable and resistant to the ozone effects and weathering.
60 Duro | Abrasion Resistant | Fuel & Oil Resistant | UV Resistant | High Grade | Neoprene Rubber
Neoprene 60 HG Rubber is a black, premium grade, abrasion and impact resistant, highly elastic 60 Duro Neoprene rubber sheet. It has excellent mechanical strength and is flexible and resilient with high temperature and flame resistance. It has petroleum based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel and LPG making it suitable for sealing, bearing or isolating applications and Anti-vibration where these are present. Neoprene 60 HG is completely UV stabilised making it highly resistant to ozone effects and extreme weather conditions
65 Duro | Fuel & Oil Resistant | Nitrile Rubber
Nitrile 65 Rubber is a black premium grade, 65 Duro Nitrile Rubber sheet, which has petroleum based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel and LPG. It is also resistant to mineral oils and greases and gas permeability. Premium Nitrile 65 has good physical properties including mechanical strength and moderate temperature and chemical resistance, making it suitable for industrial applications in contact with petroleum based fluids.
55 Duro | Food Grade | FDA Compliant Food Oil & Grease Resistant | Nitrile Rubber
White FDA Nitrile rubber is a white superior grade 55 Duro Nitrile Rubber Sheet which is food grade and has resistance to food-based oil and grease. White Nitrile is FDA compliant, per CFR 177.2600, making it approved for repeated and long-term contact with food. White Nitrile is non-toxic, non-marking and non-allergenic. It has good physical properties including mechanical strength, making it suitable for a wide range of sealing and protection application.
70 Duro | Fuel & Oil Resistant | Nylon Reinforced | Nitrile Rubber
Nitrile Diaphragm Rubber Sheet is a black, premium grade 70 Duro Nitrile rubber which is reinforced with a tear and flex resistant Nylon fabric. It has excellent mechanical strength, is flexible and has petroleum based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel and LPG. It is also resistant to mineral oils, greases and gas permeability. The specially designed Nylon fabric reinforcement gives Nitrile Diaphragm Rubber superior tear strength and dimensional stability under constant flexing, making it suitable for critical sealing and diaphragm applications.
45 Duro | Fuel and Oil Resistant | Nitrile Rubber
Soft Nitrile 45 Rubber is a black superior grade, 45 Duro Nitrile Rubber sheet, which has petroleum based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel and LPG. It is also resistant to mineral oils and greases and gas permeability. Soft Nitrile 45 is softer than standard Nitrile sheet making it suitable for sealing applications that require a more flexible and compressible rubber.
This material has been tested to and is in compliance with the American Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) 21 CFR 177-2600 & Directive EU 1935/2004. These Products meet the flammability requirements of FAR 25/JAR 25/CS 25 Appendix F, Part 1, (a)(1)(iv) and (a)(1)(v) horizontal flammability tests and Automotive Standard PART 571MVSS302.
Our General-Purpose Silicone Rubber Sheeting is an excellent choice for applications requiring good sealing properties at high and low temperatures. Suitable for use at -40°C up to +200°C and 230°C short term, silicone sheet is available from stock in White, Translucent, Black, Blue and Red Oxide in thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm up to 15mm thick
40 Duro | Wear Resistant | Natural Rubber
Chutex 40 Sheet Rubber is a pink, premium grade, soft, flexible and highly elastic 40 Duro, wear-resistant natural rubber sheet. It has excellent resistance to wet and dry fine particle sliding abrasion.
70 Duro | Potable Water Approved | AS/NZ 4020 Certified | EPDM Rubber Sheet
Potable Water EPDM Rubber is a black premium grade 70 Duro EPDM Rubber sheet, certified for use in contact with drinking water. Independently tested and certified by the Australian Water Quality Centre, it meets AS/NZS 4020 2005 TESTING OF PRODUCTS FOR USE IN CONTACT WITH DRINKING WATER and conforms to requirements of WSA 109 2011 TABLE 2.1. Potable Water EPDM retains all other properties of EPDM 70 Rubber sheet and has high temperature resistance and chemical resistance to acids and alkalis. It is completely UV stabilised making it highly resistant to ozone effects and extreme weather conditions.
FRAS Sheet Rubber is a premium grade 60 Duro SBR rubber specially formulated to be Fire-Resistant and Anti-Static (F.R.A.S.). It has excellent physical properties including good abrasion and tear strength. FRAS Sheet Rubber has been independently tested and complies with: MDG3006 MTR8 3.2 and MDG 3608 3.3 FOR USE IN UNDERGROUND COAL MINES.
65 Duro | Natural Rubber
Natural Insertion Rubber is a black, commercial grade, 65 Duro blended Natural and Synthetic rubber sheet, reinforced with cotton fabric for improved tear resistance and dimensional stability.
70 Duro | Heat Resistant | Chemical Resistant Fuel & Oil Resistant | Viton Rubber
Viton A 70 Rubber is a black, premium grade 70 Duro Fluoroelastomer sheet, which has very high temperature and chemical resistance, to acids and alkalis. It is also a viable choice for resistance to petroleum based oil and fuel including petrol, diesel and LPG. It is also resistant to mineral acids and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. It is UV stable, ensuring it is highly resistant to ozone effects and weathering. Viton A 70 contains a 66% fluorine content to maintain its fluid resistance at high temperatures and flexibility at low temperatures. This ensures its suitability for critical temperature sealing and corrosion protection applications.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Carl began his career working for BP as an Industrial Chemist before progressing through the company to become a supply chain specialist. For over 14 years, he operated extensively in the global business, focusing on supply chain management and integration.
His devotion to becoming a world-class leader started during his service in the Army Reserve, where he developed a particular interest in Australia’s Defence capability.
After serving on the Management Committee, Carl was elected President of the Australian Industry Defence Network (AIDN), Queensland in 2016 and in 2022, was appointed Chair of the AIDN National Board. Carl has an unwavering commitment to supporting and cultivating a strong defence industry in Australia.
With strong leadership skills and global corporate experience, Carl took up the Queensland Gasket reins in 2012. Since then, the company has continued to work closely across industries utilising his supply chain network, as well as adapting to meet the changing needs of consumers, technologies, and business opportunities.
