Foam & Sponge Gaskets & Materials

We manufacture gaskets onsite and produce custom-made products using our wide range of foam and sponge materials.
Our range of foam and sponge materials varies in terms of the type of finish, thickness, hardness, colour and temperature tolerances.

Foam & Sponge Material Options

HT-800 Medium Silicone Foam

BISCO® HT-800 medium-firm silicone foam embodies the transition in the BISCO Silicone Cellular series from soft and conformable to firm and durable. It simultaneously retains the lightness of a foam while exhibiting enhanced sealing capabilities of a traditional sponge rubber. Patented chemistry and cell structure provide a long term performance advantage.

EPDM | Supersoft Sponge Rubber

EPDM supersoft sponge rubber has great tolerance variation of mismatched surfaces when sealing water air or dust. Compared to most other available “foam” sheets it is resistant to solvents and chemicals but is superior to them when used in applications to seal against weather, salt, water, air, dust, and when exposed to sunlight.

EVA 30| EVA Closed Cell Foam Sheet

Sheet Dimension: 1000mm x 2000mmThickness: 3mm to 100mm

NEOLON™| Foil Foam Insulation

Foiled Foam Insulation or NSL Foil Faced Foam is a closed-cell, cross-linked Polyethylene. It is insulated with a Polymer Coated Aluminium Foil for Solar and Elevated Temperatures.

Neoprene Sponge

Moderate Fuel & Oil Resistant

Neoprene sponge sheet is black, premium grade and closed cell. It has good mechanical strength and has moderate temperature. Neoprene sponge is UV stable and is resistant to ozone effects and weathering.

PVC Foam

PVC is excellent for sealing and water proofing. It will completely seal out air, moisture, light & dust when compressed 30%. Additionally it is a good shock absorbing material, a sound deadener and a vibration eliminator.

Silicone Foam

Silicone Foam is a high-temperature silicone rubber sponge sheet suitable where a soft, easily deformed rubber is required. High temperature seals and gaskets are an example of potential uses. These sheets perform at temperatures from -60°C to + 270°C.

XRD® Technology

XRD Technology materials are the superior choice for thin, flexible protection from impact. Whether it be athletics or workplace safety applications, XRD technology offers advantage against traditional bulky, uncomfortable and rigid options.
