Our Multicam SR2515v1 CNC router machine is capable of manufacturing a wide variety of components according to the strict requirements and tolerances set by our customers.
The machine’s large router table and high-quality cnc router cutting bits and tools enable us to produce quality cut products, plus we can put steps and chamfers on engineering plastic parts.
Our router software is fully programmable and can be customised to your specific router project needs.

CNC Router Cutting Services
With the CNC router machine (18,100), we are able to cut and profile aluminium composites (ACM), foams and engineering plastics. Our machined products utilise the latest version of Autodesk® software and Enroute.
The cutting machines work to tolerances of +/- 0.2mm and are capable of cutting sheets up to 2500mm x 1500mm x 95mm deep.

What is a CNC Router Cutting machine and why use one?
CNC stands for computer numerical control. This type of routing machine is computer controlled for precision cutting and is capable of cutting a variety of materials, such as wood, composites, metals, plastics, glass, and foams.
The benefits of using routing machines lie in their ability to cut along multiple axes (X,Y and Z), allowing for bevels and edges and varying depths to be applied to components. Being computer-controlled, they are also faster and more precise than manual operations.
